TouchPoll Orlando, Inc. is an authorized distributor for TouchPoll, Inc., and is managed by Donna Gross, who joined TouchPoll in 2001. TPI World Headquarters are located in Winter Park , FL and has over 30 licensed distributors around the world, including Orlando.

TouchPoll, Inc. was originally founded in 1976 as United Research (UR), which created the very first mechanical opinion research machine, and later developed the first chip-driven polling center which was featured in the Knoxville World's Fair. In 1984, the company name changed to Special Events Research (SER) to better reflect the nature of most of its work, and soon created the first portable computerized polling system. In 1989, SER introduced the world's first interactive touchscreen opinion collection equipment. TouchPoll has been owned by SER, and, eventually, it became the parent company.
